11 Weeks Old

Ayla you are 11 weeks old! You are growing minute by minute. It truly is amazing to see how you are growing. You are still losing your hair. Mommy is hoping it will start to come back really soon! You do still have hair on the bottom, which makes you look like the little old men to wear hats and have a tad bit of hair on the bottom! Ha Ha! You had the biggest meltdown Monday night and mommy wasn't here. Daddy kept you and I texted him to check on you. He told me you were a little fussy but that's all. He lied! He video taped a little bit of your screaming bloody murder meltdown. Mommy cried when she watched the video because I wasn't here. This was all still part of your "evening fussy time". Your smiles still melt our hearts. You smile so much and follow us with your eyes. You love laying under your jungle gym and looking at things. You are really loving stretching out more and more and laying down. As of right now, you aren't really happy with your swing or bouncy anymore. I think maybe it is because you like to sprawl out and be free. Speaking of being free...you love to have your diaper off and be naked :-) This is fine for now...but as you get older...not so much! :-)
This week you also laughed for the first time- on purpose that is. Daddy was tickling your neck when you laughed at him. We got it on video! You also rolled half-way over this week. This was a big week for you.
Unfortunately, Mommy quit taking the Reglan for my milk supply and I think it is dwindling again. I don't want to stay on the medicine because I think it can be harmful to stay on it too long. I think we are fixing to have to start you on formula. That makes mommy very sad but I know you will be just fine. Now to find the right formula for you...there are so many out there.
