Okay, so I am a crazy lady for posting the bikini picture! According to a comment- I am looking a little big for 33 weeks and told I need to stay off the sweets! HA! Lucky for me, I am measuring 2 weeks early and so is Ayla...so that would make me 35 weeks! Maybe not too big for 35 weeks! The doc told me that my weight gain can be anywhere from 30-45 lbs. So far I haven't even reached the 40 lb marker so I really hope I don't surpass the 45 lb mark! Maybe I wont, maybe I will...who knows?
Nonetheless, I am feeling well and everything is going great. I have a doctors appointment on Friday, which I am ready for. Time is getting closer and I am just so ready to hold this little girl in my arms!
The books and such say that she should be getting head down by now. I think she is...seeing as how I have to pee every 30 minutes- no kidding! I wake up at least every hour or two for a bathroom break in the middle of the night! So, I think she is hanging out down by the bladder!
I feel like I am drinking a ton...which is good, but I feel as if I am going to float away soon! I am trying to stay hydrated in this 92 degree weather!
Just a tip I will leave you with- we learned last night at our last childbirth class- which was the breastfeeding class and tour- well, we watched a video about breastfeeding and in case you didn't know...when you breastfeed- the child needs to be facing you! Ha ha! Because backwards just doesn't seem to work!

Hey...new commenter here...Love your blog! Congrats on your precious baby girl Ayla. She will have two wonderful parents who will love her to death! And you look beautiful! I gained 45lbs with each of mine and I honestly never felt prettier than when I was pregnant. Enjoy your last few weeks of her in your belly! You will love having her in your arms, but will miss her moving in your belly. Can't wait to see her sweet face!

You look great!!!!! Everyone always seems to have an opinion on the belly. I have gone from being called 'big' to 'huge' and the now 'enormous' :-) Oh and 'fats'. ha! I am also 33 weeks and have very similar weight gain. My doctor says everything is perfect!
Sara, you look PRECIOUS !!! Don't even give a second thought to what anyone else says..... You have earned EVERY OUNCE ! N since "Daddy's" no shorty.... well.... its no wonder lil Miss Ayla is a wee bit big for her age.. Lol. N FYI, everybody and every pregnancy is different... with my son, I gained...gulp... 48 lbs.. and he weighed 6-10. With the twins, I gained 32 lbs TOTAL and they were 5-10 1/2 and 5-15 1/2... and full term. So.... perfect example of "you never know". Of course, with my first people pumped Rocky Road Ice cream and Lasagna to me lol. Enjoy the time you have left having Ayla "all to yourself"... We all CAN'T WAIT to see her !! God Bless.
