Down to a Dozen
The office called this morning and out of our 13 eggs that were retrieved (12 HAVE FERTILIZED NATURALLY) Yeah, we are so excited! At first, like I said before, I was a little concerned since the last time they retrieved 19 eggs, but God is faithful and I knew that it was Satan trying to make me worry. So when Stephanie- the nurse called me this morning- I was overjoyed that 12 had fertilized naturally on their own! Wonderful way to wake up in the morning! God has His hand on our lives and in this process. They will be calling us tomorrow with more results- how well they are growing, dividing, etc. And what day transfer we will be. We are praying the embryos keep growing and dividing so quickly and so wonderfully and that we can be a day 5 transfer! But God knows what is best and He is in control! We trust Him completely! Please keep praying for us and our embies!

how exciting!!!! for me they retrieved 21 eggs, only 17 were mature, and they did ICSI on those but only 13 fertilized. so that just goes to show it's not the quantity but the QUALITY!!!!
Sarah that is great!! I am praying for the embreyos to keep doing their thing! :) I hope you'll keep us updated about the transfer!

YEAH!!! GREAT news :) We had to do ICSI both times with our IVF so I know how proud you are!!! I am expecting ALL of those embryos to divide and multiply....
How exciting! I remember waking up impatiently each morning after our retrieval, just waiting to call the results hotline and hear those numbers!
I'll be checking in this weekend to see how your little embabies are doing! :)
