Mom also decided to take a picture of our temperature differences. I am very hot natured so my temperature is the cooler one. My mom is just weird- it was like 80 degrees in the morning but she was still cold.
Before we got on the plane- we had to go through security...this time they didn't make me take off my sweater- please note: this is the same sweater I wore on the first trip...it has become my airplane sweater. So this time I didn't take it off- but this time, mom just had to put the booties on since they make you take off your shoes- GROSS- GERMS!! We like to call this photo "Booties for Germaphobes"
When we got on the plane at 9:05- we had to sit for about 30 minutes due to the weather coming in from Texas. There were a few thunderstorms in Dallas that were delaying us. We didn't mind sitting, we slept...so I guess that is why there wasn't a picture of that :-)!We got to Dallas and headed out in a cab- man- no picture of that either...mom we didn't document this trip so well. We went to the Irving mall for a couple of hours before my appointment. We didn't take pictures there either...we did so bad this time!
Now we arrive at the clinic. We go in and they want to do an ultrasound of my belly so they can see my bladder. Before they came in- we wanted to take a picture with the probe...I know we are weird! This is called "Gross, don't go there"
They were fixing to do the "mock transfer" and they needed to see how full my bladder needed to be the day of the actual embryo transfer. They mock transfer went well- I was a little uncomfortable b/c I had to go to the bathroom and they told me...when it comes time for the actual transfer...I need to be fuller! Bummer! However I will be on Valium so I am pumped!! Dr. Kevin will be there for my egg retrieval but will be out of town on the embryo transfer. They called last week to ask if it was okay if the doctor who did my HSG did my transfer. I said sure b/c I really liked Dr. Nackley. Dr. Kevin was supposed to do my mock transfer but he got caught up in surgery so they asked if it was okay if Dr. Nackley came and did the mock. I said sure b/c she will be the one doing it anyway- God has a way of working these things out!!!After all of "that" stuff with the probe...it was time to go over the calendar. We asked quite a few questions b/c we are going to FL on vacation July 5-10th. It was looking like it might cut it kinda close, but we have it all figured out. So...I will tell you the end in a minute. Here I am outside the clinic. This 1st picture is titled "All Systems Go"!!! And the next picture is called "Go Little Spermie Go"!!

Now...it was time to head back to the mall b/c we still had 3 hrs to spare b/f leaving. We piddled around at the mall and then headed back to DFW. We didn't have seats together on the way home so this picture is called "Separation Anxiety"!
Now... we are so tired we have the sillies!
Apparantly this is called "Train Wreck in a Tunnel"- also known as ABC food! The picture above this comment..my mom with her mouth open!
And last but no least...return at sunset! We got home around 10:30pm. Long day...but with great news! I start Lupron shots tonight and we are getting this show on the road! I will post more in a day or two! Hope you enjoy our day in pictures!

Your pictures are too FUNNY!! Okay, odd question. After looking at your pictures I noticed some similarities in my car and your car... Do you drive an Acadia? Because I do TOO!!! Mine is that diamond white color and also has the leather seats, DVD player, and double sunroofs... How CRAZY is that... We definitely have to meet SOON!

I love your pics..you and your mom are tooo cute!!! I am so glad that all systems are a go :D Is there a reason they are giving you valium for the transfer? I was just wondering b/c my doctor hasn't mentioned it...and it sounds like it would be helpful in relaxing ya. Love you girl!
