24 Weeks

Time is going by so quickly! Ayla, you are now 24 weeks old! It is so hard to believe! You have really started to drool this week. Your hands are constantly in your mouth and you are biting around on everything. I think you are for sure teething. Mommy gave you a cold rag to chew on today and you seemed to really enjoy that. You have also started to explore your voice even more. You are making new sounds every day it seems! We love to listen to you talk and laugh. It just brings a smile to our faces.

You are loving eating your solids. You are quite fond of the rice cereal mixed with some fruits. It seems that your favorite is the cereal mixed with bananas. This has been your first week trying bananas and you seem to really enjoy them! You also enjoyed blowing raspberries this week while eating! Quite funny but quite a mess!

This next week is going to be super busy. We are really hoping you do well traveling and being around tons of people. You tend to get overstimulated very easily and mommy is worried that this next week will be really hard on you...and her :-) We will see how it all works out. Your health is number one on our list so we will be doing everything we can to make sure you don't get sick and make sure you are able to be well rested and enjoy your VERY FIRST CHRISTMAS!!!
