Sinking Boat

Okay, I may be a little late on hearing this song for the first time. I was watching my niece, Natalie's, 4 year old pictures on a slide show. This song was in the background playing. So, just imagine me sitting here on the computer, thinking I am just going to look at cute pictures and then start sobbing uncontrollably. She looked so grown up- she is not supposed to be grown up...she is Aunt Sarah's little girl!!! So, yeah, I was sobbing like a baby! What's crazy is that I am not even on any hormones right now- I know...crazy huh?

Anyway...I just love this song! I added the lyrics to the bottom of the page if you need them! Remember to pause my songs at the bottom of the page!

I don't know you
But I want you
All the more for that
Words fall through me
And always fool me
And I can't react
And games that never amount
To more than they're meant
Will play themselves out

Take this sinking boat and point it home
We've still got time
Raise your hopeful voice you have a choice
You'll make it now

Falling slowly, eyes that know me
And I can't go back
Moods that take me and erase me
And I'm painted black
You have suffered enough
And warred with yourself
It's time that you won

Take this sinking boat and point it home
We've still got time
Raise your hopeful voice you had a choice
You've made it now
Falling slowly sing your melody
I'll sing along

Song: Falling Slowly- by Glen Hansard and Marketa Irglova
