Once again- today is Saturday- up early to go to Litte Rock. The docs office was pretty slow today. Stuart and I got there at 9:30, which is what time my appt. was. At about 10:30 we were called back to have the nurse draw my blood and then go to the ultrasound room. We sat in there for a good 30-40 mintues before Dr. Batres came in. It is a little weird having all different doctors there and having each one so far do an ultrasound on me. I know they all work together and see each others patients- just funny to me :-)
Anyway...the ultrasound went great. My follicles are growing and are almost ripe enough to take the eggs from. They are a little concerned that they are stimulating a bit too quickly so they lowered the dosage for tonight and possibly tomorrow night. I had about 7 really good follicles that are large and many medium sized ones and many small ones. They are possibly giving me tonight and tomorrow to finish stimulating. Dr. Batres said he wanted to see me again tomorrow morning to do another ultrasound and labwork. Thurs my estradol level was 547 and today it was 1400. So, they just want to watch very closely to make sure I don't hyperstimulate. They are estimating that I will take my trigger shot (the one that tells the ovary to release the eggs within 36-48 hours...on Monday- which puts them going to get my eggs on Wednesday- before the ovary releases them.
So as of now...we are looking at Wednesday for the retrieval, but that could all change at tomorrows appointment. I am just SOOOOOOOOOOOOO ready! I can't wait. I know God is taking care of everything. Stuart and I are so thankful for so many prayers. It truly blesses us to know how many people are praying and people that don't even know us- I can't thank you enough girls! You are all amazing!
I will post again tomorrow when we get home and let you know more! Please keep praying that the timing will be perfect and we will have many eggs and they will all be great and become embroys and they will attach and become our beautiful babies (however many God gives us).
God Bless!
